The New FMS FCX18 – The Right Choice for Climbing to the Top.

A new series launched by FMS, the FCX18 is designed to become the king of small-scale climbing and the “most important piece of the puzzle” in the FMS product line. The LC80 is the debut product in the FCX18 series, embodying the core characteristics of ruggedness, reliability, and adventure. The FCX18 Toyota LC80 is significant in the small-scale climbing category and pays homage to the Land Cruiser brand’s cultural heritage, technological innovation, and off-road tenacity.

Upgraded Oil Filled Shock Absorbers

• Coil springs provide stable support and elasticity for the vehicle, maintaining balance on bumpy terrain. The hydraulic shock absorber optimises the suspension system of the vehicle and achieves stable control by regulating the flow of fluid. The synergistic effect of the two allows the vehicle to maintain a stable posture at all times so the car can easily cope with various challenges.

Four Link Suspension System

• The FCX18 features a well designed 4 point suspension link system to assist drivers by more effectively dispersing and absorbing impacts and vibration in many different driving conditions. This helps maintain a high level of balance and stability in even the roughest of environments.

Roof Luggage Rack

• Typical of FMS, no shortcuts have been taken when giving this car an amazing scale look. This extends to the luggage rack, that you will find on many real world examples of the LC80.

• The FCX18 comes with a two speed transmission, something rarely seen on cars of this scale. The low gear will provide more torque at lower speed to make slow crawling easier while the high gear is perfect for smooth flat surfaces.

• The FCX18 comes with a 900mAh LiPo battery out of the box. With a battery this big, you will be sure to get a long run-time and have lots of fun.

Practical Spare Wheel

• FMS has included a rear mounted spare wheel. Not only does this go towards maintaining the amazing scale look it is also entire practical. The wheel can be taken off and used on the car itself.

• The FCX18 has a full LED lighting system. From the headlights to indicators, which will turn on when you turn the wheel, the LEDs add another layer of scale realism to the car. Great for crawling late into the night.
